Postage & Returns

 

Here at Taylor Made Scents we like to keep things simple, so postage and packaging is charged at one of two rates.

Standard Rate of £2.95

Orders over £25.00 qualify for FREE POSTAGE

 

The method of delivery is at our discretion and varies depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Our preferred method is Royal Mail, however we also use a courier for larger orders.  If you require a specific method of delivery, please contact us with your request. Additional charges may incur.

We endeavour to dispatch your goodies within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order.  Please note we always aim to despatch orders before this time, although during peak times the maximum despatch time will be adhered to.  Proof of postage can be provided upon request.

Should you need your order a little quicker, (last minute birthday gift maybe?) Please make this clear to us on the notes section at checkout, or use the 'contact us' page. Ensure you leave a valid contact telephone number in case we need to get in touch regarding your order. We will always try to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

 

Your satisfaction is always our main priority, so please do contact us should there be any concerns or issues and we will do our best to resolve them.

 
 We ask that local collections are picked up from your chosen collection point within 14 days of ordering.  Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout, and once your order is picked and packed we will be in touch to arrange collection. Please always wait to arrange a collection, do not just arrive at any of our pick up points without an appointment. Should we be unable to reach you, stock will be added back to our system after the 14 day period and we will attempt to refund your order.  

 

Returns & Refunds

Although every care is taken whilst packaging your order - due to the fragile nature of wax products, sometimes breakages do happen.

This generally does not affect the use and purpose of the product, and therefore we are not liable to offer refunds or replacements in these circumstances. 

We will not accept returns on used products. Refunds will only otherwise be given in the event that a parcel is lost in transit or if goods arrive damaged to the extent that they cannot be used.

For damages in transit to burners or hampers, please report within 48hours of receipt of your order along with a photograph and as much detail as possible. This will enable us to submit a claim to the carrier, and either replace or refund your item (excluding postage charges).

We will occasionally accept returns of unopened, unused products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds are issued once the items are received by us. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your refund request.
Please also note that scent is subjective and we will not accept returns, or issue refunds, on orders where the customer 'doesn't like the scent'.
