Pricing

Our prices are reviewed from time to time and we reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, and contact details.

You are considered to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.

We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. Unless we have notified you that we will not accept your order and are cancelling it, or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) where goods are not available;

(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;

(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Despatch of orders are normally 3-5 working days from day of receiving order. We reserve the right to adjust our despatch times in accordance with current volume of orders.

Returns and Refunds

We will occasionally accept returns of full, unused products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds are issued once the items are received by us. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your reasoning.

We will not accept returns on used products. Refunds will only otherwise be given in the event that a parcel is lost in transit or if goods arrive damaged to the extent that they cannot be used.

Please also note that scent is subjective and we will not accept returns, or issue refunds, on orders where the customer simply 'doesn't like the scent',
